About Me

Growing up with a "Mr. Fix-It" dad, I learned the importance of getting my hands dirty, tearing something apart, and understanding how it works. I always found myself asking lots of questions, but eventually I had more questions than those around me could answer. Two engineering degrees later, I've found answers to some of those questions, but I've also opened the door to a host of others.

I grew up in Roselle, New Jersey, not far from New York City, and I spent six years at the George Washington University in Washington, DC, eventually finishing with my MS degree in Computer Engineering. Making it a priority to always do more outside of the classroom, I took a leadership role with my good friend Mark Tentindo in GW Tech Collective, a prominent student organization within the engineering school. Together, we designed multiple projects and led workshops aimed at teaching other students how to expand their electrical and computer engineering know-how and apply it in practical applications.

GWTC helped to foster another passion of mine, teaching. I spent my final year of undergad working as a peer tutor within the ECE department and the entirety of my graduate study as a Teaching Assistant. As a TA, I helped to redesign and rewrite many of the labs and always pushed my students to do a little bit better, refine their designs a little bit more, and rise to their potential as engineers.

I am currently a Test Systems Engineer at EJC Systems, Inc., an engineering firm specializing in the custom design and fabrication of automated test equipment and industrial control systems. For a more thorough listing of my education and experience, please refer to my résumé.
